What I remember most about this trip was that as we were setting up the
ropes in order to descend down to the starting point of our climb, a man who
said he was a minister walked up and asked to pray for us. When you are
about to step off a cliff and the only thing between you an a 110 foot drop if
a 5/8 inch piece of rope, there are no atheist so we said, by all means pray.
It must of worked because we always came home.
