afeter the class of '89 pinning ceremony at GTCC. In
the spirit of other great outlaw bands, Steve was one
of my closest "Partners in crime" and we had quite a
few adventures together in EMS. On a more serious
note, Steve was one of the best Paramedics with
whom I have had the priviledge to work. He had a
natural affinity to the job and great Paramedic
instincts. Steve suffered a series of back injuries
and ultimately had to leave the profession. It was and
is a loss to EMS. Steve also helped me with classes
and was a great instructor in his own right. I lost
touch with Steve after I left Rockingham County but
I remember our exploits well and think about him
